Where are you from?
Harwich, Massachusetts
What do you enjoy about your job?
Both the guests and my coworkers. Everyone treats the restaurant members like family. First-time guests see how passionate we are about the restaurant, which makes them return as regulars.
What do you do when you are not at work?
I enjoy spending time with family, golfing, relaxing by the pool, and watching sports.
What do you enjoy about working with the team/company?
The comradery between our teams. Everyone helps each other, and the communication is excellent being a bilingual restaurant.
Current favorite drink?
Pinot Noir
What is something that people probably don’t know about you?
I’m a pretty open book, can’t think of anything.
Favorite TV/Movie Quote?

Biggest party foul?
I shattered a glass coffee table thinking it was a good place to sit at the time.
If you could only have one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Surf and turf; steak and lobster

What has been your most memorable experience at Bottleneck Management so far?
Seeing how Bottleneck has changed the restaurant for the better, hiring more staff and spreading out duties among staff.

If you had a superpower, what would it be?
To be able to fly, an Iron Man suit would be more ideal.
